Bryan is one of the consultants at the Firm, and is currently a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Birmingham UK where he is part of the teaching team in Oil and Gas Law, Global Competition Law and Criminal Law. 

Arinze is a global expert in the area of International Trade and Commercial Law, and Competition Law, and is well published in those areas. Bryan is a diligent, dependable and result-oriented lawyer with valuable practice experience, and is able to provide practical legal and business solutions in complex international trade and contract negotiation engagements.

Bryan obtained his LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was subsequently admitted into the Nigerian Bar as Barrister, Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He later obtained his Master’s degree from Durham University, UK.  He joined Fasyl Technology Group, where he honed his skills in international contract drafting and business negotiation. 

He reviewed several international business agreements between Fasyl and other international partners such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, and Hitachi, during which he was charged with conducting legal/business due diligence for the reduction of legal risks and susceptibility in corporate transactions.

He developed as an astute advocate while practicing in Perimeter Associates law firm, where he majorly handled the firm’s client portfolio in the banking sector. In this period, he became a legal consultant to the Enugu North Local Government Council, Enugu, when he advised and exclusively drafted a concession agreement of 15 years between it and a South African Concessionaire under a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Agreement for the construction and operation of the Northgate Ultramodern Shopping Mall Enugu, Nigeria. 

Bryan has also worked in the Business and Policy Law Section of the IBA, where he developed policies to achieve convergence between business and human rights, to ensure the compliance of international businesses with human rights.

Bryan is a consultant to the Firm as an international partner and its U.K. correspondent Associate, and he is always on hand to proffer legal solutions when called upon to do so.
