Clement Chigbo is one of the consultants at the Firm, and is a Barrister, Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a solicitor of England and Wales, a registered Associate of the Supreme Court of the Bahamas and an Attorney-at-law of the Turks and Caicos Island of the British West Indies. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and a well-published prolific author.
He holds a Bachelor of law (LLB) degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria and a Master of Laws. (LL.M) degree from the University of London specializing in Commercial and Corporate law, and he researched for his Ph.D. at the University of Aberdeen in the UK. He is currently an Associate Professor and former Head of Department of Private and Business Law, Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria.
His areas of practice include Property Law, Personal Injury, Human Rights, Commercial and Corporate Law, Company law, International Tax Law, Trust and Estate Law and Commercial Arbitration.
